Do you think such a judicial temperament is acceptable for a SCOTUS judge? Doesn't that alone disqualify him?

It is not just me telling this. Half of the country feels this way. Even the former justice Supreme Court John Paul Stevens feels this temperament unacceptable.

Forget Ford and all the sexual assault allegations for a moment.

A SCOTUS judge should deal with problems in a calm and composed manner. If Kavanaugh gets so emotional just to get appointed, how can we trust him with the position in nation's highest judge for his entire lifetime

Sorry, but even judges are people. And when you've taken the abuse… Enough abuse for 100 men, he had a right to get angry. And even his anger was controlled. No profanity. Not hitting or throwing things. Just telling it like it is.

You are probably the stupidest mother ****** on this entire website right now. Be careful what you deem on other people, it just might come back to you.

Shut up. I fully accept a man being angry when being falsely accused for political purposes.

Not at all. What I do think makes a SCOTUS unfit is to say the South African Constitution is superior to the US Constitution, i.e., Ginsberg.

If I spit in your face in front of your wife and kids will you remain calm?

The way an innocent man responds when people are making scurrilous accusations against him in an attempt to destroy his career is not a measure of his judicial temperament. Why do you not evaluate his performance over more than 10 years as a Federal Appeals Court Judge?
