The FBI can arrest anyone if they deem it appropriate and if it turns out she is lieing she is guilty of sedition if not treason. That is a capital offense and she could be executed

I have no idea what Hannity said. But, the Pres. Can't just order people arrested.
There has to be a indictment, charges etc. We don't arrest people on the whim of an elected official ( or, at least we're not supposed to.)
