Chevy Nova SS hatchback Sale?
How much would a 1973 chevy nova ss hatchback sell for? I have a Nova that has a 350 V8 engine from a ford pickup truck, along with the original engine. The car needs new paint, and has been sitting for around 20 years. The body is solid, and it ran perfectly when parked. It has a very small amount of rust where the rear bumper goes, but then the bumper is put back on the rust is hidden completely. I'm not looking to get rid of it right now or even sell it for a lot of money. I just want ballpark estimates of what the car could possibly sell for.
A Chevy Nova SS with the original engine and transmission installed, running and driveable has some collector's value. A Chevy Nova with a FORD engine is junk, and worth about 25 cents per pound for scrap metal. A bit of surface rust is not a big problem. Sand it down and spray with a good quality rustproofer before it gets worse.
I assume the 350 is from a chevy pickup, because Ford never made a 350. I think you could get somewhere in the $4000-5000 range if the body is as perfect as you say. Original paint is a plus, as no nasties are hidden. I would drive that car, adding a HEI
- Where can I find crate engines for sale? I'm not looking for craigslist or ebay engines. I'm looking for a reasonably priced ford 347 stroker engine without the JEGGS or SUMMIT RACING price tag. Any websites or stores I can go to to find a complete 347 for under $4,000? And no I do not want to stroke a 302 myself, I want a 347 fresh out a wooden crate.
- My warrantied cars Bill of sale says as is, are they pulling a fast one? I just bought a certified per-owned Ford with warranty and financed by Ford. Came home and realized the bill of sale says "as is" and the warranty paper has our signatures but no vehicle info. I have 3 days/300 miles to return it no questions asked. Are they trying to pull a fast one?
- I have a 1975 Ford LTD, four door, with about 17,300 original miles with all the paper work for sale? This was my dad's and is going to be for sale. I'm curious what I should ask as the selling price on it. I don't know where to start. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It is that green color that was popular back then with no damage and is very clean.
- How to get a title for a classic vehicle with only a bill of sale? Well I just bought a 1968 Ford F100. It has been sitting in a scrap yard since '01. I bought it from Kansas, but you live in Missouri. I got a bill of sale. Is there a way for me to get a title for it? The truck doesn't run. It's a project.
