Can you use a power steering hose from a Honda on a Ford? - 1

No you can't

Maybe, if it's the return ( low pressure ) line and the diameter is the same ( but it may not be as the Honda will be metric and the Ford possibly imperial sizing ).

But I wouldn't even try. Just get the correct hose and do the repair properly the first time.

How dumb does a person have to be to think a foreign made vehicle has the same hose as a Domestic one?! Know the answer yet?!

No is my guess.

No, you can't.

I doubt it, unless ID the same and its a return hose. All cars metric after 1980, but, even then, hose fittings may vary. A pressure hose needs exact sized/thread fittings and flare fittings/O-rings to hold. I don't know what Years these two parts are. I sincerely doubt a Ford, Jeep, or Chrysler would take anything from a foreign car. Maybe Chevy with an Isuzu engine will take a Honda hose, I don't know.

As long as it fits and connects properly the answer is yes.

If it's the same length, thickness and diameter, yes.
