Is the cap to a 94 ford bronco removable?
I bought a 94 eddy bour ford Bronco and i was told the cap can come off but my friend took a look at it and doesn't see any latches to remove the cap from the bed. Is there anyway to get it off or is it unremovable at all?
Yes, you just have to take all the bolts out.

I don't think it having a bit of extra coolant in the tank is doing this. The cap itself maybe? I just bought this car and it didn't do this until today.
