Could the 5.0 coyote engine fit inside the 2017 Ford Raptor?
Added (1). I ask out of curiosity and don't bother saying things like it will ruin the mpg because I don't care about mpg.
Yes it does
Probably if you removed the seats.
If it fits in a Mustang, it will fit in an F-150.
Sure, with some work.
A $12,000+ (not including accessories/install/etc) gen 2 Coyote engine has LESS hp and LESS Torque than the 450hp/500ft# 3.6 ecoboost. An expensive downgrade.
- What's the largest engine I could fit inside of a 2004 Ford Ranger Edge 2D that has a 3.0 L V6? I'm thinking maybe a Chevy 327, but that would require a lot of work as making room or getting and Chevy transmission to go with the Chevy 327. On the other hand I could put a Ford 286 or 302 in there supercharge that **** up and it would be a monster.
- What would win, a 2017 Subaru WRX STI or a 2017 Ford Mustang 3.7 V6 if they raced I have a bet with a friend that the STI would win and he thinks the mustang would, I don't need statistics like "the mustang has 300hp and the STI has 305" and yes I'm aware the driver makes a huge difference being standard vehicles, thanks for the answers
- How to figure out if an engine can fit inside a car? How can i tell which engines fit in which cars. Basically i wanna build up and upgrade an engine until i feel good with it then when i have enough money to restore an old car, i'll drop the engine into the older car. For example i could build up a 90's camaro then brop it in an older car, example-69 mustang
- I have a Ford Fusion with a great working engine. Does this engine fit in other cars ala the Litter and Cylinder numbers are the same? I have a Ford Fusion 2009 that the body is kind of wrecked. So I'm looking for a new body. Does that has to be Ford Fusion or I can go for different ones? The engine is 2.3L/4Cylinders. I looked it up and Mustang and Mazda CX7 and etc have the same numbers.
