2011 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor Mods?
I own a 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor with a 6.4L V8 and 84000 miles. I want to know how to increase as much horsepower as power and upgraded performance as possible within a $1000 budget. I would preferably like to use performance chips and modules but I'm not sure which one will work, especial for the "best bang for my buck". I would preferably like to push in an extra 65-100hp.

Your 4.6 is the same as in a Mustang, so that should give you lots of ideas. As to 'chips', Ford does not make their management computer with accessible chips that you can get it. You'll need a computer interface module to get into the programming.
The gains you're envisioning and the budget you've proposed are not going to be compatible. A 65-100 hp. Gain will require forced induction or a pair of aftermarket heads and cams. Both options will cost much more than $1000.
Alternatively you could sell your P71 and buy a Marauder, The difference in price will still over a grand though.
- Whorling/ Swirling noise coming from 2008 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor I have a 2008 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. It is an EX State Trooper Car. When I drive it, the car makes a whorling/swirling kind of noise, it isn't loud like a wheel baring but you sure can notice the sound. Also it seems like when the two front tires fully rotate, they act like they (or one of them) are going into a small hole.
- Where can I buy a Ford Police Interceptor? I just got my license and I need to buy myself a car. And I don't want to bu anything really fancy or expensive, and I heard the crown victoria interceptor is pretty cheap like 1k or 1.5k for a 2004 model. But were do you buy it from?
- Is there a difference between police interceptor and train.which is on rail years? I know Ford can release a 2016 police interceptor in 2015, but is there a difference between that and trains? a) yes b) no When you answer, can you give me an explanation?
- Ford Crown Victoria Mods? What are some easy and preferably cheap mods to do on the Crown Victoria's 4.6L V8. Also I was wondering if its unreasonable to expect 300 HP after a few of these mods. Not looking for visual mods here just performance.
