Blocks are drained by the radiator

Hi in later years some don't have them the engine is drained using a suction pump in the dipstick hole. For motor oil in the BMW mini.
as for coolant drains they where discontinued as they where always leaking. So the bottom hose needs to taken off to allow draining of the coolant system.
so this is most likely to have a drain plug in the bottom of the sump pan.

There's one each side they're 1/4 pipe plugs, just above oil pan rail. One is just forward (towards passenger side) of oil filter, the other side it's the only threaded plug… Use white Teflon paste thread sealant when reinstalling. The threaded holes are necessary for the equipment at the foundry to remove and reclaim casting sand… The blocks are upside down for the process.

  • Where is the plug to drain coolant on my 2006 Ford Focus? I'm quite sure k-seal has caused a blockage in my cooling system somewhere, as since using it the coolant level has been erratic, bottle empty one day, then higher the next e.t.c. I want to flush old water out ( only use water) but where will I find the drain plug? During flushing coolant, is it just the plug I remove or do I also have to disconnect radiator hoses too?
  • Where is the horn located inside my 1998 Ford Explorer? I know this must be in the service manual, I just can't find mine at the moment. I have a 1998 Ford Explorer with a V8 5.0L engine. The horn isn't working and it isn't the fuse so now I need to test the horn itself, but where is it?
  • Does my 99 Ford Explorer have a transmission drain plug? I have a 99 Ford Explorer XLT. It's a 6 cylinder automatic and AWD and was just wondering if the tranny has a drain plug.
  • 2004 ford expedition battery drain? I was having issues with my 2004 ford expedition starting because of a battery drain. We have replaced the alternator and battery but the issue continues. Now the radio(not factory) won't start either. I'm not sure how to trouble shoot a battery drain or have the tools to do it any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
