Then press the valve to release part of the a/c fluid.
Another victim of those AC "Pro" do it yourself cans. Those have ruined many AC systems. You would have saved money taking it to be serviced in the first place. I hate to say it but it's probably going to be more expensive to fix now.
You bleed off too much tripping the low pressure switch. Add another half can and your good!
- I have a 2008 Ford Taurus Limited. The air cond. Compressor is taking forever to engage? The problem gets worse the higher the outside temp. And when the car is idling. Freon level is normal, and the compressor is not short cycling. Any ideas? Forgot to add that the condenser fan is running non-stop at idle when compressor is not cycling.
- 2009 ford ranger air conditioning compressor clutch bolt broke, clutch fell off,? Bolt stuck in compressor shaft. Best way to get the bolt out, or take the pulley off to get a better grip on the shaft?
