I believe it will, the only thing I'm not 100% sure about its the spline count. I know the newer Mustangs have 31 spline axles, I'm not sure if the Fox bodies do or not. With that said, 3.31's aren't a big jump from 3.08's. I'd go with 3.55's or 3.73's. Hi so OEM means it is not a ford part for a start. So your guess is as good as anyones as to whether it will fit. The ring & pinion gears will. The limited slip part is the differential, to which the ring gear is bolted. The spline on the differential has to match the spline count of the axles.

- Have 98 Ford Ranger, 4.0, 171,000 miles, auto trans with limited slip. I've owned truck since new and have changed trans fluid every 30-35 000 miles and have never towed anything. The majority of the 171,000 miles are interstate driving. The truck shifts fine with no jerking or slippage. What I do get is thump(s) in rear end when I come to a stop, as gears are downshifting. Do I need a new transmission? Any suggestions? I suppose it's a "clunk" I hear and feel when I come to a stop, not a thump.
- 2000 Ford Mustang Gt Gear Ratio? I'm not sure what gear ratio I should go with. I like to floor it and burn out but I also like to dive 100+ without problems. Once and a while I'll drift it. I'm thinking 4.10 but I'm not sure
- Is my 9 inch rear end limited slip? I have a ford 9 inch in my 72 4x4 truck. When I jack it up and spin the driver's side wheel, the drive shaft turns but the passenger side wheel does not. If I turn the passenger side wheel, the drive shaft turns but the driver's side wheel does not. If I turn the drive shaft by hand, only the passenger side wheel turns. Since both wheels turn the drive shaft, does this mean I have posi? If so, why don't the wheels turn each other when I turn one?
- I have a set of 17 wheels from a 2008 Volvo V50 are they ok to fit on a ford S max 2007? The wheels are 7"x17" and have the same 5x108 pcd, same 63.4 bore dia, and same offset of 50et. The wheels are fitted ok, I just want to know are there any legal reasons why they can't be fitted?
