You need the fatman adapter kit.
What is a "fatman" sub frame? 1951 Fords have a full frame, not unitized body. It is a complicated conversion that requires a lot of custom parts fabrication. Unless you are a skilled mechanic and fabricator, the job will be too difficult for your to complete.
