How many pistons ford 1992 ford exploer limited? - 1
One for each cylinder.
Depends on which engine you have installed. The Ford Explorer was available with either a V-6 (six cylinder) or V-8 (eight cylinder) engine.
Depends on the size of the engine. V8 has 8 pistons. V6 has 6 pistons. And of course there are the 4 piston engines. Take a peek at the engine after lifting the hood and count how many spark plug wires are attached to the sides of the engine. That'll tell you how many pistons you have.
1992 only had the 4 liter V-6 (6 pistons).
There's only one engine option that year and it's the Cologne V6 OHV 4.0L. This is a pretty good motor for the record.
If my memory serves me right it's a 244 CID (4.0L) V6
To put it simply, it has 6 pistons (assuming it's the original engine)
- I have a 2008 Ford Taurus Limited. The air cond. Compressor is taking forever to engage? The problem gets worse the higher the outside temp. And when the car is idling. Freon level is normal, and the compressor is not short cycling. Any ideas? Forgot to add that the condenser fan is running non-stop at idle when compressor is not cycling.

- How many hours of coaching has Christine Ford had so far and how many hours of total coaching will she have gone through before Thursday? Coaching from the hardcore Democrat socialists like her lawyer Katz that wears socialist t shirts at anti Trump rallies and her rabid associates paid for by Soros?
- How many miles is too many? - 2012 Ford Fusion? I have a couple of questions for you guys… I found a 2012 Ford Fusion SEL that I like. The problem is it has a LOT of miles for a 2012, 97k to be exact. Is this something a car buying should stay away from? My other question is how well do 2012 Ford Fusions hold up? How many miles can it be expected to last if it has been taken care of? I'm looking for a used car 2009-current for around or under 13k. Have suggestions? Feel free to let me know!
