Do you have the correct code?
To find the serial number of the radio, try pressing buttons 1+6 or 2+6 together, and you should see a number such as M123456 or V654321. If the number begins with M, post it on here and we can give you the code - if it begins with V, only a Ford dealer can help you.
(If the above method doesn't give you the serial number, you'll have to take the radio out to find it…)
