Yes the Fusion does have "Auto Lamp" function but it was an option. If your head light switch has a letter "A" in the middle of the "On" position, indicats that the car has auto lamp. Yours is not. Sorry. 
- 12v outlet (cigarette lighter) in my 2009 Ford Fusion seems to have come loose. How can I fix this? There's still power coming to it, if I hold my phone charger in a certain angle it will work, but I can't constantly hold the charger while I'm driving.
