I have a ford focus 2000 model.plugs number 2 and 3 are missfiring?

And the question is…

If you meant to ask a question, the answer is, next step is to find out why #2 and #3 misfire.

Usually, 2 adjacent cylinders misfiring is a sign of a blown head gasket.

Make sure the plugs are good, check the leads, and coilpack those are your 3 options for fail points, the plugs are supposed to be changed every 60,000km, leads and coilpacks (I have done plenty at work) if original, well it wouldn't be suprising if the leads are failed they could logically give you a bit of a shock if you touch them while the engine is running.
There's one other possibility but it's much more unlikely (and much more expensive) and that is head gasket failure
