Added (1). 4.0. Power at fuel pump relay. Every thing seems to be tied to the ECM. Not sure if crank angle sensor or other may cause all to not work

If you have a spare relay around your garage, try swapping it with the fuel pump relay. The owner's manual of the truck will show you which relay is your fuel pump.
If that doesn't work, remove & test the resistance on the crankshaft position sensor.

- Location of 1998 Ford Taurus fuel pump. Does it have a fuel cut-off switch? Car shut down suddenyl without warning. New battery and cranks but will not start. Suspect bad fuel filter, 130K miles and fuel filter has never been replaced.
