I'm buying a ford escape from a private seller, ill be visiting the seller to inspect the car next week. After looking at pictures and talking to the seller, the car APPEARS to be in good condition with exception of the rear passenger side panel that is showing rust, what else should i look for when i visit that might be of concern with regards to the rust?

Could a Honda Element outrun a Ford police interceptor sedan on a 20 mph roll?
The Honda Element is a 2003 4wd with an automatic transmission. I know that off the line the cop car would probably outrun my Honda, but with the right tires, would I be able to escape from the police interceptor when merging onto a highway assuming a 20 mph roll?

I replaced my PCM in a Ford escape and got new keys made, it worked. Now that PCM Broke and i'm trying to put the original PCM back in car?
My PCM broke so i ordered a replacement PCM and Keys. I installed the replacement and it worked for a month and broke so I sent the replacemnet back. I had the original PCM repaired wile waiting foir the replacemnt to be shipped back to me. Now I can't get the original PCM to start. It is because i reprogrammed the keys to the replacement PCM. Or because I replaces the drivers in the original PCM it has to be reprogrammed or something?
