Engine blew up after 90 days on new ford escape 2015?

I bought NEW ford escape May25, 2015… The engine threw a rod on 8/2015 the car is 90 days from new… I have 7year contract and 7year warranty. I think it should be replaced… Dealer says NO and HELL NO. Its NOT going to happen.it will MAYBE make a car payment for me, that's all… So what's my stance here?

What did you do to throw a rod? I have only ever seen that with serious abuse of an engine.
Serious abuse is not covered on warranty.
You need to either prove there was a defect or you may be in trouble.

Warranty Claims is cut and dried in most cases. Ford did have a more stringent WC system when I was doing them.
Evidence of Abuse (like hauling trailers, or commercial use) might affect the Warranty. Maintenance Records are Important.
READ the FINE PRINT.
You can appeal to the District Manager.
Understand that you have a USED engine, the Remedy is to REBUILD or replace with a REBUILT engine… You are Not entitled to a NEW engine.

You need to clarify something. Did you request a new car and the dealership said no? Or did you simply want the engine replaced? If you wanted a new car, I would've laughed in your face too. That's not a reasonable request, and I'd bet money that it's not what's stated in the contract. Now, if you simply wanted a new engine, then yeah, that's perfectly reasonable (though you'll probably end up with rebuilt one), and assuming you didn't do something stupid like run the engine out of oil or put undue stress on the engine like towing beyond the stated capacity or racing it. Then I think you should definitely pursue this further.

Edit: Your update did not clarify anything. I repeat: Did you ask the dealership for a new vehicle or did you ask for a new engine?

Contact Ford directly.

Replacement for all the broken parts probably you should since it is new but may not necessarily a new car

Clearly it was unwise to drive a Ford in the first place!
