If the globes themselves are all good, the most likely solution would be the brake light switch (its on the pedal above where the footpad is) You can test easily yourself if you have a test light, just probe on both sides and see if it lights up when you press the pedal down, (there may be a second circuit (for cruise control.
Check wires, could be a bend or cut wires

- 99 Ford ranger XLT base model. Park lights, dash lights, and license plates lights out I checked online and realized it was probably a fuse which it is. Fuse 11 in my power distribution box. The problem is I keep replacing at and soon as I turn on my lights it blows instantly. Have replaced it multiple times. So then I looked under my truck and disconnected the wiring to my taillights and replaced the fuse, it worked it didn't blow. Dash lights and license plates lights were on so I figured some where there's a problem with the brake lights. Any suggestions?
