Do radio stations give out good or bad seats?

I won one direction tickets for their concert at ford field. I won the tickets from 98.7 amp radio. I was just wondering where the seats would be

Good

Get the tickets, read the seat locations then look up the seating chart for the venue.

I have won tickets for concerts several times, and the seats were in the middle sections. They were not really close, but not way back in the boonies either. I f they were front row seats, they would tell you before hand.

The promotions dept. Give those tickets to the radio stations. They could be good ones or nosebleeds. I won some pretty decent seats for Rush a couple of weeks ago. Sold them for $150 ea. And hit a scalper for 5th row floor seats.

Any seat in the stadium is better than none. Generally, people don't stay in their seat for most concerts and most concert venues don't really have bad seats. The tickets they give away were given to the station by the concert promoter, they aren't usually bad seats.
