1990 bronco fuel pump issue?

So I have a 1990 ford bronco xlt 4wd and I can't for the life of me figure out why my fuel pump is not getting any power… I have checked and replaced both the fuel pump relay and EEC relay… Both have power but the wire harness for the fuel pump does not have power… Does anyone have a clue on what the issue could be?

You should have a fuel pump inertia switch. It shuts the fuel pump down in the event of an accident to prevent the vehicle from catching fire.It might be located near the gas pedal or on the passenger side floorboard under carpet.Look in the kick panels if its not on the floorboards. It should be a black square box with either a red or white button on top. This is a reset button so push it down to reset the switch. All Fords from 87-93 had them I believe. My 91 Mustang GT has one but its mounted in the hatchback area on my car. You'll know what it is when you see it.Other than that, a open or short in wiring harness between relay and pump is the only other thing besides inertia switch which will cause loss of power to pump harness since the eec and fp relay are both good. The inertia switch may be bad also but try to reset it first, that should work

1wbrock is right on the money. Your power goes through the inertia switch before going to the pump. Check for 12 volts at the inertia switch. If you have it then you know the inertia switch is bad/tripped OR there's a break in the wire from the switch to the pump. I would bank on it being the switch.

It's a 1990 car. You should make a services twice a years. And you problem all about wire. You must send your car to pro mechanic because he have ability in wiring. About the issue maybe the wire are incorrect position or place.
